Talent Acquisition & Client Relations Specialist

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract
Reports To: Director
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM [20 hours per week]

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition & Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients who are interested in hiring talent through our IT contracting services. This role will also focus on sourcing and vetting high-quality candidates who align with client needs, ensuring a successful match between clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and prospect potential clients in need of IT contractors.
    • Develop and implement strategies to approach and secure new clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Talent Sourcing:
    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates.
    • Use various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract talent.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
    • Maintain a database of potential candidates and track their availability.
  • Client and Candidate Matching:
    • Analyze client requirements and match them with suitable candidates.
    • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
    • Provide clients with candidate profiles and recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Address and resolve any issues or concerns from both clients and candidates.
    • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their recruitment needs.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and candidate placements.
    • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, client acquisition progress, and market trends.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the IT sector.
    • Experience in client relationship management or sales is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
